Learn How to Learn – for University, Study and Life Transitions
A research-informed, brain-friendly program designed to help women return to study with confidence, clarity, and practical academic skills.
Designed especially for women returning to study after a break — juggling work, family, health, and real life.

My Why
When I started my first university degree, I didn’t know what to do, how to start — or even how to learn.
- I was scared, just hoping to survive.
- I prayed no one would notice I was lost and out of my depth.
- I felt I wasn’t good enough, and completely out of control.
This isn’t just my story. It’s the story of thousands of women starting again later in life.
There’s a gap between what universities provide and what students actually need.
Universities might label it “personal circumstances,” but in reality, the problem is often mindset, strategies, and the motivation to succeed.
Much like me when I began, many women don’t know what they’re missing — and it’s costing them their confidence, wellbeing, and even their dreams.
Learn2Learn changes that.
The Promise
Learn2Learn helps women who are struggling with:
- The transition back to study after years away
- Juggling family, work, health, and study all at once
- Self-doubt, ADHD, anxiety, or brain fog that erodes confidence
- Not knowing “how” to learn at a university level
With Learn2Learn, you’ll:
- Shift your mindset — from “I can’t” to “I’ve got this.”
- Build proven strategies for learning and life balance.
- Grow your confidence and self-belief.
- Take control of your future.

This Isn’t Study Skills. It’s Learning Literacy.
Most people struggle at university not because they’re incapable — but because they were never taught how learning actually works.
Learn2Learn fills that gap.
You’ll learn how your brain processes information, how stress and emotions impact memory and focus, how to plan realistically around work and family, and how to approach assessments with clarity rather than panic.
This is the learning foundation universities assume you already have — but rarely teach.
What You’ll Get
From how your brain learns, to planning, assessments, group work, and sustaining motivation.

Ten Evidence-Based Learning Modules
Learn how learning actually works — from brain function and nervous system regulation to academic planning, assessment strategies, and sustainable study habits. Designed to prepare you for university-level learning, not just short-term motivation.

Exercises & Reflections
Each module includes structured reflections that help you apply learning science directly to your own study context — building self-regulation, insight, and confidence as you go.

Q&A Social Wall
You’re not alone. The private Q&A wall gives you a safe space to ask questions, share wins, and connect with others who understand the unique challenges of learning later in life.

Weekly Prompts
Gentle nudges to help you stay on track, reflect, and keep momentum — without the guilt. Think of them like little love notes from your future self.

Flexible, Adult-Friendly Pacing
Designed for real lives. Learn2Learn respects that study often comes alongside work, family, health, and financial pressures — and teaches you how to work with those realities, not against them.

“Learn2Learn really helped me go, okay I do need to get a schedule, and I do need to do things, sit down and do them properly, and learning how to do that was amazing…. I found that I retained stuff. Going into this term previously… [I’d be] ‘what did I do last semester?’ Now I’ve come to Term 3 and I can still apply the knowledge I’ve learned from Term 2 because I actually went through and did it properly!”

If you’re still unsure…
Remember…
You don’t need to feel confident yet.
You don’t need to know how this will end.
Learn2Learn isn’t about proving yourself — it’s about learning how to support yourself as you go.
