Manifestation coaching that honours your nervous system — not bypass

 

This work is about safety, self-trust, and sustainable change — not reliving the past.

There often comes a moment when the ways you’ve been trying to change or move forward stop working.

You may feel called toward something new — more ease, meaning, or alignment — but notice that pushing harder, thinking your way through it, or “manifesting” from sheer will only creates more tension or fatigue.

This is often where women find this work. Not because something is wrong with them, but because their system is asking for a different approach — one that honours safety, capacity, and lived experience.

My role is to create a grounded, supportive space where change can unfold without force. Where we work with your nervous system rather than override it, and where clarity, direction, and forward movement grow from self-trust rather than pressure.

You don’t need to know exactly what you want yet. You don’t need to tell your whole story. You’re welcome to arrive exactly as you are — and begin from there.

This is not about fixing what’s broken.
It’s about remembering what’s true.

Our 4 session Manifestation experience

This is designed to support clarity and forward movement without urgency or overwhelm.

The four-session container offers structured support for women who are ready to call in meaningful change

— without pushing, bypassing, or overriding their nervous system.

You don’t need to have “trauma” to do this work. Sessions are guided with care, consent, and flexibility, and we move at a pace that feels supportive for you.

Before We Begin

 

We start with a short, informal conversation to help us both feel grounded and clear.

Together, we:

  • explore what you’re wanting to call in or shift

  • confirm whether this support feels right for you

  • arrange session timing in a way that fits your life

You’ll then receive a welcome email and a gentle intake form so I can prepare for our work together with care.

Session One — Clarifying your direction

 

We begin by gently clarifying what you’re wanting to move toward, and what’s been getting in the way.

This session focuses on:

  • shaping a clear, realistic intention

  • identifying patterns, blocks, or inner tensions

  • creating a sense of safety and grounding

  • connecting with your inner guidance or “future self”

You’ll leave with more clarity and a felt sense of direction.

Session Two — Alignment and emotional support

 

This session is about checking in and listening to what’s shifted — both internally and externally.

We work with:

  • what’s unfolding since our first session

  • alignment practices that support your nervous system

  • gentle emotional clearing where needed

Nothing is forced. We follow what’s present and work with what your system is ready for.

Session Three — Clarity, beliefs, and visioning

 

Here we bring together insight and forward movement.

This session may include:

  • a structured clarity process

  • exploring beliefs or inner narratives that are shaping your choices

  • visioning and integration practices leading toward your intention

This is often where things begin to feel lighter, clearer, and more possible

Between Sessions Three and Four

 

I complete a reflective Akashic Records (soul records) reading for you.

This is offered as insight and perspective — never as prediction or instruction.

This reading is shared with you in session four.

Session Four — Integration and next steps

 

Our final session is about integration and closure.

We’ll:

  • reflect on what’s shifted across our time together

  • share insights from your Akashic Records reading

  • acknowledge progress and growth

  • show care and curiosity about what comes next for you

Some women choose to continue with further support; others feel complete. Both are welcome.

Meet Tanya — Founder, Midlife Mentor & Fire-Starter

I’m Tanya Rutherford — a trauma-informed manifestation coach, life and leadership coach, and the founder of Queen Be Rising.

For over a decade, I’ve supported women through periods of transition, identity shift, and change — particularly when traditional “push harder” or mindset-only approaches stop working.

My work brings together trauma-informed coaching, nervous-system awareness, and grounded manifestation practices. I’m deeply committed to creating spaces where women feel safe, respected, and supported to move forward without bypassing their lived experience.

I don’t believe you need to be fixed, healed, or analysed to create change. I believe clarity, direction, and meaningful transformation emerge when we work with the body, build self-trust, and move at a pace that honours the whole person.

FAQs

Do I need to have experienced trauma to do this work?

No. Trauma-informed simply means we work with care, safety, and respect for your nervous system. You don’t need to have “big trauma” or revisit your past for this work to be supportive.

In fact, major trauma is best addressed separately, with a therapist or other expert. This is not what we do at Queen Be Rising.

Will I be asked to relive or process past experiences?

No. This work is not about reliving the past.

We focus on what’s present now and what supports you moving forward, at a pace that feels safe and appropriate for you.

Is this therapy or counselling?

No. This is coaching, not therapy.

We do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions or issues here.  If you’re looking for clinical mental health support, I’m happy to help you find appropriate referrals.

What if I’m not sure what I want to manifest yet?

That’s completely okay. Many women arrive feeling unclear or conflicted.

Clarity often emerges through the process — you don’t need to have everything figured out to begin.

You first goal may be to gain greater clarity.

How are sessions held?

Sessions are held online via Zoom. This allows you to be in a space where you feel comfortable and supported.

When you confirm that you would like to go ahead with the program, we book in times for each of the four sessions.

What if I’m feeling overwhelmed or unsure about committing?

That’s exactly why the discovery call exists. It’s a gentle, no-pressure conversation to explore whether this support feels right for you.

We recognise that for some people, the safest, most aligned choice requires time. 

When we do mention a decision timeframe for our coaching, it relates to limited availablity at the present moment in time, not that it will never be available again.  

Can I continue working with you after the four sessions?

Sometimes, yes. Some women feel complete after the four-session journey; others choose to continue with further support. We’ll always decide together, without pressure.

If we have a significant wait list we may ask you to reapply in future to allow others the opportunity. 

In many cases, it is a good idea to allow a few months for what you have manifested to "settle in" and become your new normal before striving for the next goal. This helps your nervous system to feel safe and can help prevent self sabotage. 

Is this work spiritual or practical?

Both — and always grounded.

We always aim to work in ways that respect your beliefs, preferences, and comfort. Nothing is imposed.
