Space to arrive at your own pace
This isn’t a course, a workbook, or a commitment — just a place to arrive.
There comes a moment when the life you’ve built no longer feels like the life you’re meant to live.
For us, that moment became a movement.
Queen Be Rising was born from lived experience — from the quiet collapse that so many women face when the weight of doing, caring, and striving finally outgrows their energy to sustain it.
What began as a personal search for calm became a collective call to rise — to reclaim joy, meaning, and a sense of self that no longer depends on keeping everyone else happy.
We exist to help women navigate the complex transitions of midlife with evidence-based, trauma-informed guidance that honours the whole self — mind, body, and spirit.
Our work blends research, somatic wisdom, and grounded coaching practice to support transformation that is sustainable, embodied, and deeply human.
This is not about fixing what’s broken.
It’s about remembering what’s true.
It’s about rising — together.
The Rising Feminine Framework
An evidence-based, trauma informed pathway to embodied transformation
The Rising Feminine Framework is our signature approach — a trauma-informed, somatic model guiding women through six cyclical phases of transformation.
It draws on neuroscience, adult learning, and embodied wisdom to restore balance, agency, and authentic power.
Each stage invites a different kind of remembering:
-
Root – Grounding in your body’s wisdom; cultivating safety, presence, and connection.
-
Remember – Re-awakening your true nature from beneath roles and expectations, by releasing and realigning.
-
Reclaim – Taking back your voice, boundaries, and self-trust.
-
Reignite – Awakening joy, creativity, and energy after burnout.
-
Rise – Stepping forward with clarity and confidence, aligned to your values.
-
Radiate – Living and leading from wholeness, sharing your light with others.
Together, these phases create sustainable transformation — not as a straight line, but as a living rhythm of growth, reflection, and renewal.

Our Social Enterprise Ethos

Purpose in every action.
Queen Be Rising exists to empower women and students to recognise the strengths and wisdom they already hold — and to rebuild confidence, direction, and purpose as they navigate life’s transitions.
As a certified social enterprise, we reinvest our profits — and our time — into creating trauma-informed, evidence based programs, scholarships, and resources that make transformation accessible to all.
Our work operates through two complementary streams:
• Learn2Learn (Learn Grow Become) supports students entering or returning to tertiary education, with a focus on disadvantaged and Indigenous learners. The programs deliver practical, strengths-based tools to build academic confidence, learning strategies, and a sense of belonging. Evidence based and research validated our flagship Learn2Learn program has proven results including improving mental wellbeing, use of personalised learning strategies and an average 10% increase in grades. Our suite of programs includes a culturally appropriate, wrap-around version co-designed for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students.
• Queen Be Rising supports women navigating midlife transitions — particularly perimenopause and menopause — through group coaching, guided programs, free menopause resources and community spaces that rebuild wellbeing, identity, and life direction.
To date, we’ve invested more than we’ve earned — dedicating hundreds of volunteer hours and self-funded resources to develop evidence-based tools, free courses, and community events that help people rise from the inside out.
Our impact extends far beyond metrics: every time a woman or student reconnects with their confidence and sense of possibility, it creates a ripple of change through families, workplaces, and communities.
Our mission aligns with the UN Sustainable Development Goals — Goal 4 (Quality Education) and Goal 5 (Gender Equality) — to create lasting, inclusive impact.
Different pathways. One purpose.
Helping people rise — in education, in confidence, and in life.
Learn2Learn
Building confidence, belonging, and capability for learners of all ages.
Learn2Learn was created to help students thrive — not just academically, but personally.
We know that returning to study, or starting for the first time, often brings self-doubt, fear, and overwhelm.
Our program uses evidence-based learning design, coaching principles, and strengths-based psychology to build confidence, learning strategies, and self-belief.
Learn2Learn has supported students across universities and partner organisations, including those from disadvantaged and Indigenous backgrounds.
A culturally appropriate, wrap-around version was co-designed with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities to ensure safety, inclusion, and relevance.
Through self-paced modules, workshops, and reflective tools, learners build the habits and mindset to succeed — not just in study, but in life.
Queen Be Rising
Supporting women to rise through the transitions of midlife — and beyond.
Queen Be Rising exists to help women move through the physical, emotional, and identity shifts of midlife with calm, clarity, and courage.
Through our Rising Feminine Framework — a trauma-informed, somatic model of transformation — we support women to reconnect with their inner wisdom, rebuild self-trust, and reclaim joy and purpose.
Our programs and community spaces provide both structure and softness: evidence-based learning, embodied practices, and meaningful connection with others who understand this time of change.
We work with individuals, workplaces, and communities to spark new conversations about women’s wellbeing, menopause, and identity — reshaping what midlife can mean for the next generation.
Meet Tanya — Founder, Midlife Mentor & Fire-Starter
I founded Queen Be Rising — and its sister program Learn2Learn — from my own turning points.
After years of leadership and achievement, I reached a moment where success no longer felt aligned with who I was. I had the titles, the roles, and the responsibilities, but somewhere in the middle of it all, I lost my sense of self.
That unraveling became a catalyst. Through study, reflection, and somatic practice, I began to understand that what we often call “crisis” is actually an invitation — a chance to root deeper, remember who we are, and rise into what’s next.
Today, my work brings together more than two decades of experience across leadership, education, and behavioural science. I’ve designed and delivered learning programs for universities, social enterprises, and national organisations — helping thousands of people build confidence, direction, and wellbeing.
My approach is trauma-informed and whole-of-self — combining evidence-based frameworks, nervous system regulation, and embodied wisdom.
But at its heart, it’s simple: we rise when we feel safe, seen, and supported to become who we already are inside.

Values & Philosophy: What We Stand For
At Queen Be Rising, our values are lived, not laminated.
They reflect the way we teach, coach, and create change — through research-based practice, trauma-informed awareness, and the wisdom that only lived experience can bring.
We’ve walked this path ourselves, and we know that real transformation asks for both courage and compassion.
Radical Self-Belief
We believe growth begins when we stop asking for permission to be ourselves.
We help women and learners rebuild their truth from the inside out — dismantling the doubt, fear, and conditioning that keep us small — and rebuilding unshakable confidence from within.
Embodied Learning
Growth is a whole-of-self experience.
We combine neuroscience and evidence-based frameworks with somatic and reflective practice so that learning isn’t just understood — it’s felt, lived, and sustained.
Lived Experience as Wisdom
We don’t teach theory from the sidelines — we teach what we’ve lived.
Our programs are shaped by real journeys through burnout, reinvention, and resilience, turning experience into expertise and empathy into empowerment.
Integrity in Action
Impact means nothing without honesty.
From how we reinvest our profits to how we hold space, we act with transparency, accountability, and alignment between word and deed.
We design everything with accessibility, cultural respect, and representation in mind — because belonging is a prerequisite for learning and healing.
Connection & Community
We rise stronger together.
Whether it’s a classroom, a coaching circle, or an online program, every Queen Be Rising space is built on authenticity, belonging, and the belief that collective support accelerates individual change.
Purposeful Rebellion
We challenge the narratives that limit women’s power, worth, and wellbeing.
This isn’t rebellion for the sake of noise — it’s rebellion with intention: strong, conscious, and anchored in a vision of equity, agency, and possibility.
These are more than words — they’re the principles we practice every day.
