Calling in your desired year — one feeling, one choice, one breath at a time.
There’s something undeniably powerful about the start of a new year.
The air feels a little cleaner, the horizon wider, and somewhere deep inside, a quiet voice whispers:
“This time, I want things to feel different.”
But beginnings aren’t just about setting goals or resolutions.
They’re about remembering who you are and choosing who you’re becoming — not through pressure, but through presence.
This year, instead of asking “What do I want to achieve?”, try asking,
✨ “How do I want to feel?”
✨ “What experiences do I want to call into my life?”
✨ “What kind of woman am I ready to become?”
When we shift our focus from doing to being, our entire approach to life changes.
We stop chasing, and start aligning. We begin to magnetise opportunities, relationships, and experiences that match our truth — not our fears.
This is the essence of calling in your desired future: tuning into how you want to feel and letting that guide your decisions, your energy, and your direction.
Common Challenges
Even with the best intentions, new beginnings can feel heavy rather than hopeful. Here’s why:
- Resolution fatigue. We’ve been taught to start each year by fixing ourselves — not loving ourselves forward.
- Fear of repeating patterns. A part of you wonders, “Will this year really be different?”
- Overwhelm. Too many choices, not enough clarity.
- Unresolved exhaustion. You’ve come out of December’s busyness still running on empty.
How to Move Through It
- Begin from self-acceptance, not self-improvement.
You don’t need to earn a fresh start — you’re already in one. Let this be the year of gentle beginnings, not forced reinvention. - Choose three core feelings to guide your year.
Write them down somewhere visible — perhaps peace, vitality, connection, or freedom. Let every decision be filtered through these. (Our upcoming Visioning Workshop will help you clarify these energies and align them with practical next steps for 2025.) - Keep your goals “felt,” not forced.
Instead of “I’ll work less,” try “I’m calling in spaciousness.” Instead of “I’ll exercise more,” try “I’m calling in energy and strength.” Notice how different that feels in your body. - Ground before you dream.
If you feel scattered, slow down. A clear nervous system creates a clear vision. (Our Reset & Reconnect and Uprising programs explore how calm and alignment make manifestation more natural — and more sustainable.) - Take one small step that feels good.
Whether it’s enrolling in a course, joining a community, or simply carving out a morning for yourself — the energy of change builds with every embodied “yes.”
✨ Reflection Prompt
What three feelings or experiences do you want to call into your life this year? And what’s one small step that could bring you closer to living them today?
New beginnings aren’t about erasing who you were — they’re about expanding into more of who you are.
So as you step into this new year, breathe in possibility. Let yourself hope again. And remember: your next chapter doesn’t start with a plan — it starts with a feeling.
✨ Stay tuned for our upcoming Visioning Workshop later this month — a guided experience to help you clarify what you’re calling in for 2025 and align your actions with your true desires.
Next week, we’ll start to explore “Manifesting in a Trauma-Informed Way” — how to co-create your life from nervous system safety, self-trust, and inner alignment.
